We at Flooring Solutions recognize the importance of doing our part to protect the environment and help sustain the beauty of Central Texas. So, we are proud to have implemented a program in which all the carpet that is removed from a job site is taken to a reclamation facility to be recycled, at no extra cost to our customers.     Brian Lamkin

    Owner & CEO of Flooring Solutions, Inc.

     

    Brian founded Flooring Solutions, Inc. in July of 2002; he was the only employee until September of 2003. Since then he has successfully grown the company into a multi-million dollar business. Brian oversees all aspects of the business at both the main office and the stone fabrication shop, which occupy over 56,000 SF. His previous flooring experience was with DuPont Flooring Systems from 1998-2002.

    Kyle Sanguinet

    President of Flooring Solutions, Inc.

     

    After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Marketing, Kyle Sanguinet joined the Flooring Solutions team in 2006.  Kyle began his career with Flooring Solutions as their business development representative. This role challenged him to learn from the best and figure out how the commercial flooring industry works.  Over the years, Kyle built a large, trusted database of relationships in the flooring industry with general contractors, designers, manufacturers and other industry partners.

     

    As Flooring Solutions has grown to be a leader in their industry, Kyle’s roles and responsibilities have changed as well.  With his current role as President of Flooring Solutions, Kyle’s primary daily focus is to ensure the level and quality of service is maintained and delivered for their clients. He is also focused on keeping all of Flooring Solutions’ employees excited, motivated, productive and meeting their goals. The growth of the company has been exciting to watch and his passion to succeed is shown by the level of expectations he has for his employees and the reputation they have in the industry.
